Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $16 flat rate shipping to the United States. We offer free shipping for orders over $100.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 11382 Prosperity Farms Road Unit 225, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9-5 ,Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship countries outside of the USA.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at healthybydesign44@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Healthy By Design of Jupiter Inc. is dedicated to delivering your goods in tip top condition. If for whatever reason they arrive to you in less than perfect condition we would like to know. Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example). We do not offer cash refunds.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we may accommodate returns if product is returned due to an allergic reaction or damage/defect. In order to receive store-credit/refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and send the product back to us within 10 days of getting in touch. There must be 75% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Healthy By Design of jupiter Inc is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Healthy By Design of Jupiter Inc.
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days of Healthy By Design of Jupiter Inc. receiving your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
